OUR PROCESS

Most of the time, our potential candidates are located by and recruited by our internal staff. Typically we find our People through referrals, networking sites, blogs, user groups, and other mechanisms of recruitment.  Our general recruitment process is simple:

  • Prevail recruiter sources and contacts a candidate. The recruiter will evaluate the candidate as to suitability for a position, both technically and culturally, and will then recommend the candidate move forward in the process.
  • A second screening discussion will then take place by a more senior member of the Prevail team, outlining our needs, project details and estimated compensation, including any signing bonus programs, retention fees, etc... 
  • Our customers will typically telephone interview the candidate, and in some cases will meet the candidate face to face for their first initial interview. 
  • A technical or skills interview is then scheduled, most times with an SME within the same skill set space as the candidate. Online testing and skills evaluation processes are completed as well. 
  • At this point, a final interview may take place, or an offer may be discussed.

  INTERVIEW NOW!©

Prevail offers our candidates and customers the capability of participating in a live one-way video interview if both the candidate and customer are in agreement.  From time to time, Prevail's internal recruitment team will request a video interview with selected candidates.  This is an excellent opportunity for candidates to showcase their professionalism, their enthusiasm and zeal for a particular position. The InterviewNow! program is simple:

  • No Software to Download !
  • Use any webcam,  any model and/or any brand.
  • You will be supplied with a website link, and directions on how to logon, turn on your camera and adjust the video quality.
  • You will need to have access to a telephone as the program is video only, and does not include audio.
  • The InterviewNow! program is entirely optional, and your participation or non-participation will not affect the outcome of your interview.
